the hard truth
I look in the mirror sometimes and not really know what i see. I think alot of people have that feeling. The feeling of being out of place and different. You wonder is that really me, or is the mirror lying to me. You really are never sure. Or when you walk down the hall you just feel like another body in the school. Or just another face in a class room. Yea, maybe that is a very sad way of putting it that way. But i believe I'm not the only one that feels that way. Its sort of the sad truth isn't it, feeling like a fish out of water with even having friends you hang out with. I sit at lunch or breakfest going why am i here, a part of me will always be wishing to be back in wisconsin in my home town. But for now i am stuck in MARYVILLE TN. With people that aren't really nice at all. Maybe Menomonee Falls was the same but growing up there made me, I don't know maybe, amun to it. But here in the south its harder not only fitting in or belonging somewhere just getting use to there way of life. Or understanding why in the world there views are the way they are. If you ever lived in the north and came down to the south there is a big differnence just in the way of how people treat one another. Or how people treat other skin colors or what there religion is or even who they date if its a guy or girl. Up north we dont judge anybody by there skin or religion or relations. Maybe I might be wrong about that. But up north or at least in Menomonee Falls your skin color is nothing but something over your bones. It doesn't matter if your white, black, or blue. Here in Tennessee its totaly different. Take last year for example some guys or girls really dont know but this girl (who is black) found a picture of another black person with a nuse around the neck in here locker and she was devistadted and hurt. I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES OR EARS. That someone would have a nerve to do that to some one. We have the same insides bones, organs, we even have the same heart. We just don't look the same on the outside. so why should it really matter.
